7 Day JR Setouchi Area Pass

The JR Setouchi Area Pass is a regional rail pass that allows unlimited travel within the Setouchi region of Japan for a designated period of time. This pass is ideal for travelers who want to explore the scenic and culturally rich areas surrounding the Seto Inland Sea.

With the JR Setouchi Area Pass, travelers have access to unlimited rides on JR trains within the designated area, including local, rapid, and express trains. This includes both conventional trains and the Shinkansen bullet trains, providing convenient transportation options for exploring the region.

Important Notes

From the 7th time, you need to manually reserve tickets at the green window.
Setouchi Area Pass is valid for unlimited travel in the valid area on the map
Valid trains are below;
The pass can be used for reserved and non-reserved seats on Bullet Train "SANYO SHINKANSEN" (Shin-OsakaHakata). The pass can also be used for the Hello Kitty Shinkansen.
The pass can be used for reserved and non-reserved seats on Limited Express trains (HARUKA, SHIOKAZE, NAMPU, etc.).
The pass can be used for reserved and non-reserved seats on JR-WEST and JR-SHIKOKU Rapid Service Marine Liner and local service trains (including Special Rapid and Rapid Service trains).
Reserved seat tickets must be reserved at a JR-WEST or JR-SHIKOKU station ticket office before boarding the train.

To obtain your physical ticket:

Proceed to the green ticket-vending machines and scan the QR code of your e-ticket along with your non-Japanese passport. The machine's operation menus can be displayed in Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, or Korean.

Once the physical pass is successfully redeemed, you are ready to use it for your journey.
If you have reserved seat tickets, please collect the physical reserved seat tickets from the green ticket-vending machines before boarding the train, using your area pass.
