What do I need to bring?&nbsp;
All you need to bring is comfortable clothes, socks and your sense of adventure. You may also bring your own gear.
Do I need lots of upper body strength to climb?
You do not need to be the Rock to start enjoying climbing. Our facility caters to the beginner and recreational climber as well as more experienced climbers. With that said, as with all sports, the more you do it, the fitter and stronger will you get.
Will there be anyone to guide me?
Our friendly staff will give you a safety orientation on your first visit showing you all you will need to know to start climbing. If you have any questions, feel free to approach our staff at anytime. They’d love to help and guide you!
Can I climb? Can my kids climb? Can my grandpa climb?

Do I have to wear rock climbing shoes? Can't I wear sports shoes?
These technical rock climbing shoes will help you tremendously in stepping on little climbing holds. Also, they’re only used on climbing walls and are therefore much cleaner. Plus, shoes don’t sweat. Feet do. Not putting your sweaty feet where your hands go is generally a pretty good idea in life. So yes, you’ll have to wear rock climbing shoes.
How long can I stay?
You can stay as long as you like on the day of your day-pass purchase. You may also leave to grab a bite and return later in the day when the blood has made its way back to your forearms.
Is it safe to climb?
Yes. Climbing will always include some element of risk, but our job is to manage that risk. Statistically fewer injuries occur in climbing gyms than in bowling alleys. In essence you’ll be safer when you arrive here than you are on your way over.

<li>In order to perform an online booking transaction, you’ll have to select the day of your entry or register as an Enrich member on Journify website.</li>
<li>All internet purchases are confirmed purchases.</li>
<li>To the extent permitted by law, any request for refunds or cancellations will not be entertained, and refunds will not be given for any cancellations or change of date for the passes purchase due to weather conditions.</li>
<li>Passes purchased are only valid for that selected day only.</li>
<li>All PROJECT ROCK House Rules and Regulations are applicable for online booking patrons while they are in the climbing centre.</li>

Project Rock House Rules

<li>Follow all the instructions given to you by our staff.</li>
<li>Comply with instructions provided via signage, lights, safety briefing, recorded message, or other indication. Failure to comply with the climbing centre house rules may cause injury to yourself and others.</li>
<li>Guest safety is our top priority. The centre carries out daily checks prior to opening to the public and is audited internally on a monthly basis. The centre is also inspected and certified for safety by an independent auditor annually for compliance to international standards.</li>
<li>While the management take measures to ensure customer safety, it is not possible to eliminate risks totally as the centre is physical in nature. We and our management cannot be held responsible or liable for any accidents.</li>
<li>We reserve the right to deny any person admittance to the centre without providing a reason. Additionally, we reserve the right to require a person already admitted to the centre to leave (without refund or compensation) for any reason, including but not limited to, failure to comply with any of the safety rules or for offensive or dangerous behaviour.</li>
<li>We will use our best endeavours and exercise all reasonable care in providing safe attraction sites, unless it is prevented by circumstances beyond its reasonable control to do so.</li>

<li>The centre captures moments of fun and this includes photography and videography of guests within the centre. By entering the centre you provide your consent for your image to be shared on the PROJECT ROCK website, Facebook page, and in other media produced.</li>
<li>Please note that photography, videotaping, or recording of any kind for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior written approval.</li>
<li>For safety reasons it is imperative that your hands remain unobstructed. Loose items such as, but not limited to, mobile phones and cameras with a wrist strap, are not permitted to be used at any time while climbing.</li>
<li>The use of securely fastened Go-Pro® type action cameras for personal image and video capture is allowed in the centre on the basis the operator is liable for any injury and/or loss to themselves or other guests. We cannot be held liable for any injuries caused by their use either to the operator or other guests.</li>
<li>Please note that clothing and jewellery that have the potential to cause entanglement to the guests or damage to equipment are not allowed on some of the facilities</li>
<li>No glassware, firearms or weapons or hazardous materials are allowed into the centre.</li>
