Kindly place the order 72 hours before the flight.
With our specially curated departure packages, your journey begins right at the airport - even before you board the plane:
- Your Personal Assistant will meet you at the curbside/ designated passenger drop-off zone
- Assist you with check in formalities
- Escort you through immigration and security check
- Escort you to the lounge (if your airline ticket entitles lounge access, or if lounge access has been purchased as additional service), or boarding gate, as applicable
Kindly note porter and lounge service are not included, and can be purchased separately at the airport.
Important Notes
- Kindly place the order 72 hours before the flight. This service shall be available for the flights scheduled at least 3 days from the order date.
- At the Checkout Page, please fill in preferred pick up time and location at “Additional Comments”
- By default, each order is for 1 guest. Should the number of guest is more than 1 person in the same order, kindly adjust the quantity. Each order could be applied for 5 guests maximum.

Cancellation and Amendments Policy
- For change on order (e.g. flight rescheduling or flight date/ time), please contact Reservation by email [email protected] with the Order Number.
- Cancellations/amendments may be made up to 24 hours before commencement of service and subject to any applicable payment surcharge, local fees and/ or taxes, and the following timelines:

- More than 48 hours before commencement of service: No penalty;
- 24-48 hours before commencement of service: 50% penalty;
- Less than 24 hours before commencement of service and/or failure to arrive at the appointment time will be considered as No Show : 100% penalty.
- Amendments are subject to payment of price difference, if any.
- Late cancellation and/ or failure to arrive at the appointed time will be considered as No Show and the booking will not be refunded.
