How to Redeem

Terms &amp; Conditions - Borneo Nature Lodge Booking Package
These Terms &amp; Conditions govern the contractual relationship between BORNEO NATURE LODGE, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," and the individual or entity making a reservation at Borneo Nature Lodge, hereinafter referred to as "the Guest." By making a reservation with the Company, the Guest agrees to be bound by these Terms &amp; Conditions.

<li> Reservation &amp; Payment:</li>
</ol>
1.1. The reservation of a Borneo Nature Lodge booking package is subject to availability and is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
1.2. The Company reserves the right to cancel any reservation if the full payment is not received within the specified timeframe.
<ol start="2">
<li> Booking Confirmation:</li>
</ol>
2.1. Upon receipt of full payment, the Company will send a booking confirmation to the Guest via email or any other communication method deemed appropriate by the Company.
2.2. The booking confirmation will include details of the reservation, travel dates, package inclusions, and any additional information relevant to the booking.

<li> Cancellation &amp; Refunds:</li>
</ol>
3.1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to enquiry@borneotrails.com and rsvn@borneotrails.com
3.2. Cancellation charges are as follows:
<ul>
<li>If the cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, 75% of the total package cost will be refunded.</li>
<li>If the cancellation is made between 29 and 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.</li>
<li>If the cancellation is made between 13 and 08 days before the scheduled arrival date, 25% of the total package cost will be refunded.</li>
<li>Cancellations made 07 days or less before the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.</li>
<li>3.3. No refunds will be provided for unused services or early check-outs.</li>

<li> Amendments:</li>
</ol>
4.1. Amendments to the booking, such as changes to travel dates or package inclusions, may be allowed subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the Company.
4.2. Any additional costs incurred due to amendments will be borne by the Guest.

<li> Travel Documents &amp; Insurance:</li>
</ol>
5.1. It is the Guest's responsibility to ensure that all required travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits, are valid and obtained before traveling to Borneo Nature Lodge.
5.2. The Company strongly recommends that the Guest purchases comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies during the trip.

<li> Health &amp; Safety:</li>
</ol>
6.1. The Guest is responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to participate in the activities provided by Borneo Nature Lodge.
6.2. The Guest must adhere to all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the Company and its representatives.

<li> Force Majeure:</li>
</ol>
7.1. The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, and government restrictions.

<li> Liability:</li>
</ol>
8.1. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to the Guest, their belongings, or any third party during their stay at Borneo Nature Lodge, except in cases of proven negligence by the Company.
8.2. The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from and against any claims arising from their actions or omissions during their stay.

<li> Pricing and Inclusions:</li>

9.1. All rates are quoted based on the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) currency.
9.2. All rates are based on Seat-in-Coach (SIC) basis, unless otherwise specified.
9.3. All rates are inclusive of entrance fees, English or Bahasa Malaysia, speaking guide (subject to availability), and all transfers by land and river excursions.
9.4. All rates are EXCLUDING air tickets, travel insurance, and repatriation costs.
