Pickup from accommodation - Piasau Nature Reserve. This is one of the few nature reserves situated in urban areas, where one can understand the living habits of the Oriental Pied Hornbill, through educational vignettes and a short walkabout through the reserve - Miri Crocodile Farm cum Mini Zoo. It is the first and also the largest Crocodile Farm in the northern region of Sarawak, housing more than 1000 crocodiles of different breeds, and many rare animals found in the tropical rainforests - Emart, a local native market where various handicraft, fruits and vegetables are on sale - Malaysia’s 1st Oil Well-the Grand Old Lady located at Canada Hill, and Photo Stop at Petroleum Museum Miri. Handicraft Heritage Centre – all sorts of unique and handmade art craft, handicrafts, T-Shirts, bead work and many more. Tua Pek Kong Temple – dedicated to the deity most beloved by overseas Chinese. Tamu Khas – the native market, where varieties of stalls are selling various tropical fruits and vegetables. Taoist Temple – San Ching Tian Temple was one of the largest Taoist temples in South East Asia - Coco Cabana – the 25 meters high seahorse light house which is an amazing place for sunset view adjoining the Central Park and Miri City Hall shaped like an Oil Barrel, signifying Miri as a prime producer of Oil and Gas.
