<li>‘Enrich Buy Points’ is open to all Enrich Members and non-Enrich members.</li>
<li>An Enrich Member or non-Enrich member (an individual) may purchase Enrich Points (“Enrich Buy Points”) from 01 April 2021 for an Enrich member which, may be redeemed by the Enrich member of the Enrich Loyalty program for Enrich Award Flights (flight on Malaysia Airlines,&nbsp;<strong>one</strong>world airlines and partner airlines), Enrich Hotels, online shopping voucher, Points conversion (conversion with Enrich Lifestyle Partner), seat upgrades on pure Malaysia Airlines operated flights and Golden Lounge Access vouchers.</li>
<li>‘Enrich Buy Points’ is ONLY available online at&nbsp;https://shop.myjournify.com/&nbsp;and Enrich Portal and NOT available for purchase at Malaysia Airlines Call Centre, Ticket Offices or via email.</li>
<li>Enrich Points may be purchased at a&nbsp;fixed&nbsp;rate as<u>&nbsp;</u>provided below. The transaction will by default be processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).</li>
<li>There is limitation of 5 voucher per purchase at one time for ‘Enrich Buy Points’.</li>
<li>Upon agreeing to the ‘Enrich Buy Points’ programme/campaign the Enrich Member or non-Enrich Member (an individual) shall be deemed to have agreed and accepted the purchase cost at the rate applied at time of purchase.</li>
<li>Enrich Points under ‘Enrich Buy Points’ is valid for redemption transaction purposes only.</li>
<li>After successful completion of payment transaction of ‘Enrich Buy Points’, the Enrich Points will be credited into the Enrich member’s account within 24 hours from purchase date.</li>
<li>The number of Enrich Points purchased under this ‘Enrich Buy Points’ programme is not of the same value against the other Points redemption programme for example for any ticket redemption or any other redemption with Enrich Points. There shall be no fixed relationship or conversion between the ‘Cash’ fare charged for a ‘Points + Cash’ redemption, ‘Buy/Gift Points’ and ‘Enrich Buy Points’. Fare Conditions for Malaysia Airlines Points &amp; Cash Travel Award and ‘Buy/Gift Points’ as there are different terms and conditions applicable than the ‘Enrich Buy Points’ terms and conditions.</li>
<li>Enrich Points purchased under ‘Enrich Buy Points’ is valid for 12 months and will expire at the end of the month in which it is purchased. The validity ‘term’ is stated in the terms and conditions on each of the ‘Enrich Buy Points’ voucher.</li>
<li>&nbsp;‘Enrich Buy Points’ do not count towards Elite Tier Status qualification and cannot be purchased for Elite Tier status qualification.</li>
<li>Enrich Points, once purchased,&nbsp;are not transferable, exchangeable or extendable&nbsp;beyond the stated validity.</li>
<li>Upon purchasing the ‘Enrich Buy Points’, members MUST ensure that the Enrich membership account number of the recipient is valid and correct before purchasing the ‘Enrich Buy Points’. The ‘Enrich Buy Points’ shall not be reversible or refundable once transaction is successful.</li>
<li>‘Enrich Buy Points’ is strictly allowed to be purchased for Enrich programme members only.</li>
<li>The use of ‘Enrich Buy Points’ is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Enrich programme.</li>
<li>Malaysia Airlines shall have the absolute rights at its sole discretion to vary or amend any of the terms and conditions herein at any time, without any prior notice.</li>
<li>In order to process the Enrich Buy Points transactions, the individual making the purchase must use a valid Enrich frequent flier number. The individual making the purchase is also required to provide their personal data including name, email address and credit card information. In making the purchase the individual shall give consent to their personal data being collected and processed by Malaysia Airlines and such personal data shall be shared with third party providers for the purpose of processing and completing the necessary transactions, including advising Malaysia Airlines of the number of points to be credited into Enrich accounts. Malaysia Airlines shall not be liable for any incorrect personal data received or submitted and all data shall be governed by Malaysia Airlines Personal Data Privacy Policy.</li>
<li>Consent to Transfer and Use: The individual making the purchase has further acknowledged and agreed that by providing Malaysia Airlines with any personal or proprietary information, the individual hereby give their consent to the transmission of such personal or proprietary information over international borders for the purpose of processing the relevant transactions. The individual hereby gives their further consent to the use of such personal data on an anonymized basis for statistical objectives.</li>
<li>Malaysia Airlines shall not be liable for any disruption during the Enrich Buy Points transaction, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control. In the event of any disruption, reasonable effort shall be used to remedy the disruption and resume the Enrich Buy Points transaction on a fair and equitable basis to its Enrich members.</li>
<li>Malaysia Airlines reserves the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend the purchase of Enrich Buy Points without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by Malaysia Airlines shall not entitle the individual making the purchase or any Enrich member to any claim or compensation against Malaysia Airlines, its agents and employees for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or an indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension thereof.</li>
<li>The Terms and Conditions herein shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The individual making the purchase agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia over all matters arising from this Enrich Buy Points transaction.</li>
<li>Malaysia Airlines reserves the absolute right to reverse or remove any Enrich Buy Points credited into an Enrich member’s account incorrectly or not in accordance with&nbsp;these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.</li>
<li>By participating in this Enrich Buy Points transaction, it is deemed that the individual making the purchase have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may, at Malaysia Airlines’ absolute discretion, result in forfeiture of any of Points purchased.</li>
