Go Karting Experience in Akihabara

Driving the city by go-kart is one of the most thrilling ways to see Tokyo's Otaku paradise, Akihabara! Choose from a variety of cosplay costumes and take pictures with your go-kart before hitting the road. Enjoy driving up to 60 km/h on the public roads as you take in the city sights and bright lights of Akihabara. Make sure to have your camera ready and take a lot of pictures - this is a unique experience you won't want to forget! Get used to the limelight, as many bystanders will be taking your picture too!

License Required:


Driver's licenses and international driving permits (IDP) issued in Indonesia and China are not valid for use in Japan.
A valid Japanese driver's license, Japanese SOFA license, or an International Driving Permit is required for this activity
Holders of a driver's license from Belgium, France, Germany, Monaco, Slovenia, Switzerland, or Taiwan may present their original license along with an official Japanese translation provided by the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF) or the designated country's embassy or consulate in Japan
For travelers who are not from Belgium, France, Germany, Monaco, Slovenia, Switzerland, or Taiwan, their International Driving Permit should be based on the 1949 Geneva Convention for this activity
For Taiwanese travelers, please bring your Taiwan license and official Japanese translation with you. Check the official website of theTaiwanese Highway Administrationfor more details
You may be denied from participating in the activity if you fail to present both your license and the official Japanese translation. No refund will be issued in this instance

In the event of an accident that falls within the scope of events for which insurance payments cannot be made under the terms and conditions of the insurance policy, no compensation will be made
If there is no proof of accident from the police, there may be no compensation

Please refrain from wearing clothes such as high heels and long skirts, which can hinder driving

We will provide you with more information about the documents required for kart rental after you make a reservation. If you do not have all the documents, you may not be able to rent a kart
The facility provides cosplay costumes that participants can borrow for no extra charge. You can purchase inexpensive costumes at the nearby Don Quixote shop if you would like your own!
The guide driver will serve as a guide for the entire group
You need to have a international license in order to join this activity.
