How to Redeem

<div>Terms and conditions for KLIA Golden Lounge Domestic:</div>
<p>1. Applicable for Malaysia Airlines ticketed passengers ONLY regardless of class of travel.&nbsp;</p>
<p>2. Golden Lounge access voucher issued by Journify is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and must be utilized within the validity period. Should the Golden Lounge access voucher expire, it is not eligible for extension and is non-refundable.&nbsp;</p>
<p>3. Passengers will only be allowed to access the Lounge ONE TIME from the date of purchase.&nbsp;</p>
<p>4. Each Golden Lounge access purchase is valid for ONE passenger only.&nbsp;</p>
<p>5. Golden Lounge access purchase is to be used at ONE Malaysia Airlines Golden Lounge only. NO Lounge hopping is allowed.&nbsp;</p>
<p>6. Lounge usage is 3 hours prior to Standard Time Departure (STD) of respective flight.&nbsp;</p>
<p>7. Fees are non-refundable.&nbsp;</p>
<p>8. No overnight stay is allowed.&nbsp;</p>
<p>9. Ticket holders on foreign carrier or code share flights are NOT ALLOWED to purchase the Golden Lounge access.&nbsp;</p>
<p>10. The charges structure for the Golden Lounge access is a standard charge which is applicable to all Malaysia Airlines passengers.&nbsp;</p>
<p>11. Payment method is via Journify Mobile Application or Web.&nbsp;</p>
<p>12. All prices quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and inclusive of SST.</p>
<p>13. Children (2 - 12 years) will be charged 50% from the published rates according to the specific Lounge.&nbsp;</p>
<p>14. Infants (below 2 years) will not be charged.&nbsp;</p>
