How to Redeem

<li>Is it safe to paraglide? Paragliding is relatively safe sport when participants are adhering to the safety regulations, ensuring that all equipments are well kept and maintained and instructors are following the standard operating procedures. </li>
<li>Is there any age limit to learn paragliding (minimum and maximum)? No however the participant needs to comply with minimum weight requirements which is 20 kg, while the maximum weight is 90 kg. </li>
<li>What if my weight is over 90KG? There will a surcharge amounted of RM50.</li>
<li>
Is there an age limit for doing this activity? Subject to age limit and child's weight (minimum of 10 years old &amp; minimum of 20KG). Children can be accompanied by parents if underage or if the child doesn't meet the minimum weight requirement
</li>
<li>Are there other restrictions that limit this activity? Pregnant women are not allowed Elderly with heart diseases are not allowed </li>
<li>
How can I cancel/refund my booking?
Check your activity's cancellation policy. If your activity offers free cancellation: You can cancel the booking yourself&nbsp;within the cancellation period stated on your booking.
