<li style="text-align: left;">Upon receiving the e-voucher email, please contact Smart Traveller within 90 days (email:&nbsp;support@mysmarttraveller.com), attaching the e-voucher to obtain PPL Pass number and activation code.</li>
<li style="text-align: left;">You would receive the PPL Pass number and activation code within 3 – 5 working days.<br><br></li>
<li style="text-align: left;">Activate the PPL Pass via&nbsp;https://mysmarttraveller.com/en-gb/pplpass&nbsp;or Smart Traveller app.</li>

<br>&nbsp;<br><strong><u>Smart Traveller</u></strong><br>If you are Smart Traveller member, you can activate your PPL Pass and store the associated Vouchers in your Smart Traveller mobile app for convenient access, without worrying about losing or accidentally deleting the Vouchers. Simply login into your Smart Traveller account on the PPL Pass activation page before performing the activation process, or go to “Activate PPL Pass” on your Smart Traveller mobile app. Upon successful activation, your PPL Pass can be found in your Smart Traveller mobile app wallet.<br>&nbsp;<br>Any ST Points associated with the PPL Pass purchase will be issued to your Smart Traveller account within 14 days of PPL Pass activation.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong><u>Non-Smart Traveller Members</u></strong><br>Non-Smart Traveller members will receive the Vouchers through email upon successful activation. How to Redeem

<ol>
<li>The PPL Pass may only be purchased by any persons aged 18 years or older.<br><br></li>
<li>Unless otherwise specified, each PPL Pass and its associated benefits have a validity period of one (1) year from the date of activation ("Validity Period"), and there will strictly be no extension of the validity period.<br><br></li>
<li>Upon purchase you (“Cardholder”) will be issued a PPL Pass number and digital vouchers (“Voucher” or “Vouchers”).<br><br></li>
<li>Any Cardholder who is a Smart Traveller member may activate the PPL Pass and store the associated Vouchers in the Smart Traveller mobile app wallet upon successful activation. ST Points, if any, will be issued to the account of the Smart Traveller member who activated the PPL Pass. The Cardholder is responsible for ensuring that the Smart Traveller mobile app is installed, and updated on their mobile device, as applicable. Cardholders who are not Smart Traveller members will receive the Vouchers in their email upon successful activation of the PPL Pass. Non-Smart Traveller members are not eligible to claim or earn any ST Points associated with any PPL Pass purchase. It is the Cardholder’s responsibility to ensure a correct email address is provided at the time of PPL Pass purchase and activation.<br><br></li>
<li>Plaza Premium Lounge reserves the right to modify the PPL Pass structure, benefits or other features including these terms and conditions or to terminate PPL Pass at any time upon reasonable notice where possible, and Plaza Premium Lounge will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom. Any continued use of the PPL Pass by a card holder after amendments will be deemed as acceptance of any amendment to these terms and conditions.<br><br></li>
<li>The PPL Pass is non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash or credit or redeemed against the purchase of another PPL Pass. PPL Pass/ Vouchers and any applicable ST Points issuance are final, non-refundable and non-replaceable.<br><br></li>
<li>Cardholders must present their Vouchers in order to gain entry to&nbsp;Eligible Lounges&nbsp;("Eligible Lounges") determined from time to time by us, and subject to change without notice. Plaza Premium Lounge reserves the right reject any Voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way to be unacceptable. We also retain the right to deny&nbsp; Cardholders who are unable to present their Vouchers access into Eligible Lounges upon entry.<br><br></li>
<li>Access to Eligible Lounges using Vouchers will not entitle Cardholders rewards or loyalty points accrual for the Smart Traveller membership programme.<br><br></li>
<li>The PPL Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any promotion or offer, unless specifically stated otherwise by us.<br><br></li>
<li>Cardholders may access Eligible Lounges at any time, subject to the number of remaining visits on the PPL Pass (certain exceptions may apply). Each lounge visit by a Cardholder will reduce by one the total number of allowed visits for that PPL Pass. The Cardholder may use available remaining visits on their PPL Pass to allow their accompanying guest(s) access to a lounge, each visit from an accompanying guest will also reduce the total number of allowed visits for that PPL Pass by one (1). The guest(s) can also choose to pay the published walk-in lounge access rate applicable at that time. Each Cardholder can bring one (1) infant aged below 2 years old for free.<br><br></li>
<li>The provision of free alcoholic drinks (where local law permits) differs at each lounge, and in some instances may be limited or not available. In such cases the Cardholder is responsible to pay any applicable consumption charges directly to the relevant lounge.<br><br></li>
<li>The PPL Pass/Voucher grants the Cardholder up to 3-hour lounge access only per visit to Eligible Lounges. A charge will be imposed for extended stay, subject to the prevailing rate applicable at that time. Services/facilities may vary at each lounge. The PPL Pass/Voucher does not entitle the Cardholder to any other services/products other than lounge access and any other promotions that may be provided from time to time at the discretion of Plaza Premium Lounge or the Eligible Lounges, and the Cardholder agrees to pay for the use of any chargeable services/products offered at the relevant lounge.<br><br></li>
<li>Plaza Premium Lounge expressly reserves the right to terminate a PPL Pass or Voucher remove a Cardholder and/or their guest(s) for any inappropriate conduct, including without limitation, conduct that is violent, disorderly or abusive or violent, or for failing to comply with PPL Pass or Plaza Premium Lounge terms and conditions.<br><br></li>
<li>Plaza Premium Lounge and Smart Traveller shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or unauthorised use of the PPL Pass/Voucher, or for any balance lost on the PPL Pass as a result of theft or fraud.<br><br></li>
<li>These Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong") laws, or other applicable laws/government regulations. Cardholders irrevocably agree that the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and that accordingly any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions may be brought in such courts.&nbsp;</li>
