MIRI & MULU: 3D2N Mulu Exploration,Mega Hotel Miri

Day 01: Upon arrival at Mulu Airport, transfer to Mulu Marriott Resort. At 1430hrs, you will be transferred to the Park Headquarters where your guide will lead you to a 3km hike through Mulu’s amazing tropical rainforest. Discover the Lang Cave and it’s beautiful formation and walk through the World’s largest cave entrances; the Massive Deer Cave. Relax at the open air observatory for an opportunity to witness the phenomenon exodus of millions of bats flying out of the caves, spiraling high overhead and ascend to the sky where they will search for food. Hike back to the resort by 1900hrs – 2000hrs.
Day 02: Breakfast at resort. At 0830hrs, your guide will lead you to take a long boat that brings you through the winding rivers to tribal Penan settlement. Continue up river to the enchanting Wind & Clearwater Caves of Mulu. The Wind Cave is famous for the naturally “sculpted” column and pillars of the King’s chamber while the Clearwater Cave was formed by the waters of 118km long cave system. You may take a swim at the refreshing clearwater and early picnic/packed lunch at clearwater hut. The highlight of the visit is to see the Rajah Brooke butterflies hovering around the river and entrances of the caves. A most unique sighting of nature well protected and conserved. Return to the resort by boat and you should be at the resort by 1300hrs.
Day 03: After breakfast, free at leisure until your transfer to Mulu Airport.
