<p><strong>What is an Escape Room?</strong></p>
<p>An escape game is a real-life experience where participants are locked in a room and must use elements of the room, the group’s collective knowledge, and wits to discover clues, solve puzzles, and escape and/or find the missing item within a set amount of time.</p>
<p><strong>How do you escape from the escape room?</strong></p>
<p>You can escape the room one of two ways:</p>
<p>1) Solve the Clues – Use your wits, critical thinking and communication skills to work with the other players and solve the clues. Solve them all before the clock strikes zero and the locked escape room will open.</p>
<p>2) Ask to Leave – You might not be able to walk right out the door of a locked room escape game, but that doesn’t mean you’re trapped inside for an hour. You can ask to leave at any time. Just remember, once you leave you can’t re-enter the locked escape room.</p>
<p><strong>Are phones allowed in escape rooms?</strong></p>
<p>Phones are not allowed in our escape rooms. We have a safety locker for you to keep all your belongings.</p>
<p><strong>When Do I Need To Arrive?</strong></p>
<p>You don’t want to show up late for a game that’s all about beating the clock. All “escapers” should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled game.</p>
<p><strong>What should I do if I realized that I purchased the wrong ticket(s) after payment process has completed?</strong></p>

<li>You shall be responsible to ensure that you are dressed appropriately to participate in Escape Games safety. Reflective and glow in the dark clothing, shoes and accessories are not allowed in the game. Dangerous clothing item such as heels, roller shoe is not permitted to enter the MAZE Escape Room Premises</li>
<li>Any devices, camera, smart glasses and watches are not allowed in the MAZE Escape Room. Recording of any kind such as video and voice recording are strictly prohibited inside the MAZE Escape Room Premises</li>
<li>MAZE Escape Room will not take any responsibilities to any injury caused or inherent risk which are beyond the reasonable control of MAZE Escape Room. MAZE Escape Room will not take responsibilities of any injury that is caused by dangerous acts such as moving heavy furniture and reaching out ceiling the game</li>
