What happens if ReU Living is not available on the selected day for booking?
Customers shall give us a call at Hotel Reception (24 Hours) +603-217 9800 prior to making purchases on Journify to check on room availabilities.
 How do I make a booking?
After purchasing the staycation package on Journify, guests may email reservations to resvnkul@micasahotel.com or contact Hotel Reception (24 Hours) +603-217 9800. Details to include in the room reservation: Order ID (from Journify invoice), guest name, contact number,&nbsp;date of reservation for ReU Living Micasa All Suites Hotel.
 Can I make room reservations immediately upon purchasing the ReU Living Staycation packages on Journify?
Room reservation is only available seven (7) days after the date of purchase – customers may email resvnkul@micasahotel.com or contact Hotel Reception (24 Hours) +603-217 9800.

Can I change my room booking dates in the event I’m not available on the date selected and booked?
Yes, guests are allowed to reschedule booking, subject to room availability.
&nbsp;
I’m not able to utilise this package that I purchased; can I transfer this package to another person?
Yes, this package is transferable, guest will need to share invoice with order ID stated.
 How can we arrange our transport from airport to ReU Living?
For packages with airport transfers, transportation will be arranged accordingly. For packages without airport transfers, Guest will be required to arrange own ground transfer from airport to ReU Living at MiCasa All Suites Hotel, Taman U Thant.
 Can I add an extra bed in the room? Are there additional charges?
We’re sorry to inform that there is not extra bed provided.

Package:

<li>Once purchased the packages are non-refundable &amp; may not be exchanged for cash.</li>
<li>Please email reservations with Order ID (from Journify invoice), Guest full name, Phone Number, &amp; Stay period/date to resvnkul@micasahotel.com or contact us at Hotel Reception (24 Hours) +603-217 9800</li>
<li>The package is transferable and can be used by persons other than the Purchaser.</li>
<li>Each purchased package can only be used for one time stay at ReU Living - Micasa All Suites Hotel, 368B, Jln Tun Razak, Taman U Thant, 50400 Kuala Lumpur.</li>
<li>Once issued/ generated, shall be valid for twelve (12) months. The purchase must be utilized prior to or on the expiry date, after which, the package shall be invalid. It cannot be extended once expired.</li>

Arrival &amp; Payment: 
<ol style="text-align: justify;">
<li>For bookings that have free airport transfers included, a sedan car/limo/MPV (according to package) with compartments for large bags/suitcases will be provided. Please ENSURE to key in your pick-up point, drop off point, pick-up time, and flight number in the “additional comments” box at the bottom of the checkout page.</li>
<li>Full payment will be charged to the provided credit card by the hotel 7 days prior to your arrival.</li>
<li>Debit Cards are not accepted for online bookings.</li>
<li>The credit card provided during the booking process must be presented for verification upon check-in. The full amount will be charged separately if the card is not presented for verification.</li>
<li>Effective 1st September 2017, a Tourism Tax of RM10 will apply for non-Malaysian guests per room, per night, this is a government mandate. This Tourism Tax will only be charged to the room after we confirm the guest’s nationality upon arrival.</li>
<li>Rates quoted on the website are inclusive of local government tax but do not include the Tourism Tax mentioned above.</li>

While in Residence: 
<ol style="text-align: justify;">
<li>A maximum of 2 adult guests are allowed in package stated category rooms.</li>
<li>Room rates are quoted based on 2 adults.</li>
<li>Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Due to the danger and risk of fire, smoking is not permitted on balconies or terraces of units on the first floor. Should a guest be found smoking in a room, a cleaning fee of RM 500 shall be debited to the guests account in order to cover the necessary cleaning costs.</li>
<li>For any guests who have visitors, we kindly request that the management is provided with the vehicle registration plate numbers in order to inform security accordingly and avoid inconvenience.</li>

Limits of Responsibility: 
The hotel shall not be held responsible for:

<li style="text-align: justify;">Any loss or damage to personal equipment and/or property during the guests stay and during participation in any activities while in ReU Living property.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of international flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.</li>
