1) What type of public transport are available to the jetty?

3) Do I need to prepare the props for photoraphy?
- We provide basic props. You may bring your own props if needed.
4) What is included in the fees of the tour?
- Sky Mirror Tour includes boat fees, insurance, photography session, snacks, mineral water and a 4R photo for each group. As for the trip to watch Eagles, Fireflies and Blue Tears, only boat fees and insurance included.
5) Under what circumstances can the fees be refunded?
-If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or technical problems with the boat, our company will issue a full refund. Customer who requested for refund due to personal issue, refer to the following details:
0 – 7 days – None Refundable
8 – 14 days – 50% Refundable
15 – 30 days – 70% Refundable
30 days &amp; above – 80% Refundable

If you book a reservation for a travel experience through the Journify, you agree to review and be bound by the supplier’s terms and conditions and any other rules or policies related to the supplier’s travel experience.. <h4>Pricing &amp; Inclusions/Exclusions</h4>
When you book a reservation for our products through Journify, Skymirror will collect your payment information to process your payment. Full payment by credit or debit card is required to make a reservation. Canceling a booking with Skymirror can result in cancellation fees being applied by Skymirror, as outlined below.
<h4>Tour Services</h4>
If you cancel at least 30 days in advance of the scheduled tour, there is a 20% processing fee for the cancellation. If you cancel 15 to 30 days in advance of the scheduled tour, there is a 30% processing fee for the cancellation. If you cancel 8 to 14 days in advance of the scheduled tour, there is a 50% processing fee for the cancellation. You will not receive any refunds if you cancel less than 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled tour
However, if any of our tours is unable to proceed because of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, ship malfunction or similar technical problems, you may opt to re-schedule your tour or alternatively claim a full refund.
Please note that the value of the transaction may be subjected to taxes, duties, foreign transaction, currency exchange or other fees. Additionally your bank, credit or debit card company may convert the payment into the local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on Skymirror.com and Skymirror-affiliated websites, and the final amount charged to your bank account or credit or debit card statement.
