How to Redeem Your Three Palace Pass
You will receive an email with your Three Palace Pass within 48 hours. Please take a print out of the pass or download it on your mobile device and display your voucher at the redemption point mentioned in the mail in order to receive the pass.

Exchange your voucher at the groups and pre-paid tickets desk at either the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, or Kensington Palace.

Validity
The London Three Palaces Pass is open-dated and valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Your Three Palaces Pass is activated when you use it at the first attraction. It is then valid for the number of attractions mentioned on the pass of your choice.

This ticket are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
