For health & hygiene reasons, our chocolates are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

There are however specific cases where the products delivered may qualify for a replacement. The following are conditions that qualify for a replacement:

1. the product delivered is expired
2. the product delivered is damaged

In order to process a replacement request, you will need to notify our team by WhatsApp at +6014-633 5388 within five (5) business days of receiving the product at your delivery address. Upon receipt for your replacement request, our team will review the request and decide to:

1. replace the product with a new item;
2. credit your account with the value of the product; or
3. inform you that your product is not eligible for a replacement.
