Cancellation policy

Yo, listen up! We totally get it if plans change, but here's our cancellation policy for Bomb Battle:

Before Game Day:

You can cancel or make changes to your reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled game time. All cancellation needs to be via email or call. Unfortunately, if you cancel your reservation, we will refund you the same value of the voucher where the expiry will be valid for 3 months.

Replacement Vouchers:

If you cancel your scheduled game time, we've got you covered with vouchers to play another time. Just remember, they're only valid for 3 months. Oh, and they're only valid on off-peak hours.

Late Arrival Policy:

We know traffic can be a pain, so we'll wait for you for up to 5 minutes after your scheduled game time. If we have availability, we'll reschedule your game for later that day. If time does not allow, we'll send you vouchers to come back and play on weekdays.
