1. Is it possible to book a seat on site?

In order to provide excellent service and delicious meals, reservation should be made 2 days in advance and no on-site reservations are available.

2. Is it possible to book a table the day before the trip?

All booking must be made 2 days in advance. No booking available on 1 day before departure.

3. Is there a limitation for the number of booking?

The coach has 18 seats in total. Each booking is referring as one package (2 pax).

4. Is there low consumption for meals on the dining car?

Yes, one set menu per person is required.

5. What is the final cancellation cut-off date? Any cancellation fee applied?

All cancellations must be made 4 days before departure and 10% handling fee will be incurred. There are no refunds if the cancellation made less than 2 days prior to departure.

6. Will the online booking is confirmed after a successful payment?

Please check your email box that you registered with us. You will receive a confirmation email after booking process is completed.
