<li>The best time to fly paragliding is between 1:00 o’clock to 3:30 o’clock as this activity is very dependent on the weather. As for the wind speed, usually the best time is between these hours.</li>

</ol>

<li>We are accompanied by pilots who are very experienced in paragliding. Some of them are national paragliding athletes and have gained national and even world achievements. Some are paragliding instructors who have created many national athletes and with us your safety is our main priority. If unforseen accidents happen, you are also well protected by insurances that reaches many countries for insurance claims.</li>

<li>Do we have to wear specific clothing to do this activity?</li>

<li>No, casual clothing is fine. Make sure you wear sports shoes.</li>

<li>Photos and videos are included in your package, it will be transfered directly to your mobile (IOS/Android) so you can see the footages immediately! If you have social media, you will be able to share with your friends and family! All you have to do is make sure there is sufficient internal storage to save all photos and videos, we will require roughly 8GB of storage memory.</li>

<li>Our minimum age for tandem paragliding is 10 years old but also subject to the child’s weight. If the child is underweight / not as per age requirement, they will be need to be accompanied by their parents.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Women who are pregnant are not allowed</li>

<li>Journify voucher is valid for 6 months.</li>
<li>Operational hours may vary. Check the latest operational hours, event schedules, and FAQs with the operator.</li>
<li>The minimum height for participants is 120 cm.</li>
<li>The minimum weight is 30 kg, while the maximum weight is 85 kg.</li>
<li>The flight time is around 5 to 8 minutes on average (depending on weather conditions). Between 11:00 to 14:00 for the maximum amount of flying time as wind condition is best during the afternoon.</li>
<li>For additional flight time, please make a special request directly to the pilot on-duty.</li>
<li>Insurance for passengers are optional and please enquire from the operator prior to the flight, assessment and registration will be conducted based on condition and agreement of passenger. Additional charges may apply for insurance.</li>

Safety Guidelines
Wind condition is a natural element that is beyond anyone’s ability to control or accurately predict. If the weather is suddenly not suitable for tandem paragliding, you are able to reschedule the flight to another date. Please do not insist on the pilot making a flight when the weather condition is not safe to fly. Flyable condition varies depending on the passenger’s weight and wind condition at that particular time. It is not uncommon that some lighter passengers would be flown while heavier passengers have to wait for the right wind condition. Female passengers that are pregnant and elderly with heart diseaases are not advised to participate due to safety reasons.
