We will pick you up from your hotel lobby within Desaru Coast and make a pleasant 15 mins drive to the nearby Lebam River. We embark on a local boat that will take you and the kayaks upstream of the Lebam River.
Before long we reach the upper reaches of the Lebam River, it is here that our kayaking adventure begins. We quietly paddle along what is now a forest dominated by Mangrove Forest plants, here we are on the lookout for wild ducks, herons, and kingfishers that call Lebam River, home.
After about 90 minutes of paddling, we rendezvous with the safety boat and take the return journey to Kuala Sungai Lebam. We take a short drive to the famous Bujang floating restaurant for a seafood lunch. Thereafter, we make the return road journey back to your hotel.

1. Booking Procedure : Reservation by online booking, phone, WhatsApp or email to a minimum within 24 hours of the tour commence date. At the time of the booking, a deposit of 100% of the tour rate is due. The booking is binding for JUNGLEWALLA DESARU with its confirmation and for the traveler with his order.
2. Cancellation by the Traveler: The deposit is not refundable if cancellations are less than 24 hours before the start of the tour. A replacement person is allowed with advance notice.
3. Non-appearance / Early return: By non-appearance or by appearing too late, no refund will be given. JUNGLEWALLA DESARU does not assume any liability for lateness, inconveniences, sickness, accident costs, loss, and damages. If the traveler leaves the tour early, he is responsible for the costs of his own return transfer. There will be no reimbursement of the tour price.

5. Guaranteed Departures and Minimum Numbers: JUNGLEWALLA DESARU guarantees the departure of all tour (subject to natural disasters and paragraph 6) once a minimum participant number of 2 (TWO) have been booked. In the event of an insufficient participant number, JUNGLEWALLA DESARU will inform the traveler (or his travel agent respectively) at least 24 hours prior to the tour start and suggest an alternative tour. Should the client choose to book an alternative tour, JUNGLEWALLA DESARU will make payment adjustments according to the difference in the tour price. In the event that the client chooses to cancel, JUNGLEWALLA DESARU will refund all payments received for the booking.
6. Cancelation Policy: All the products and services offered are weather dependent. JungleWalla Desaru reserves the right to change or cancel any part of the itinerary without prior notice in the event of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. JungleWalla Desaru will do its best to run the tour and suggest an alternative date. If this is not possible, a refund will be made.
