What to Expect

WHAT TO DO AFTER PURCHASED?
First of all, we would like to inform you that our tour will usually operate on every weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). For weekday trips, we will operate tour with a minimum of 8 adults and above.

How to Redeem

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE JOINING OUR TOUR
METTING TIME
8.00am @ 8.30am must already be at the "meeting point" that has been set for registration matters. 9.00am the boat will depart, don't be late.
JETTY LOCATION
Maps Abu Bakar Mersing Road Passenger Jetty.
REGISTRATION VENUE
Plaza D'Jeti No 3 , Restoran Sutera Emas
CLOTHING
You need to ready ear clothes that are suitable for activities &amp; will change the clothes when arrive at Mersing Jetty back.
▪️Clothing to change, you can leave it in the car ▪️Bathroom/toilet and surau are provided at Plaza D'Jeti or Mersing Harbour Center .
PARKING
Special Coupon Parking for Island hoping is RM15 ( For 1 day ). Coupon can be purchased by motorcyclists wearing yellow shirts who are representatives of the Majlis Daerah Mersing at the jetty area or you can buy at Mersing Harbour Center.
FOOD MENU
Rice , Vegetable &amp; Chicken/Fish side dish.

<li>Food for babies (INFANT) is not provided.</li>
<li>Alternative - You can buy the appropriate menu at the Plaza D'Jeti restaurant.</li>
</ul>
WEATHER
<ul>
<li>If it rains, we will wait for the shady weather to move.</li>
<li>If the rain stops at 1:00pm, trip will be cancelled.</li>
<li>If the rain stops before 12:00pm, the trip will operate as usual.</li>
<li>If the tour is canceled, customers have to choose another date. (no refund)</li>
<li>If the tour has already departed from Mersing jetty, &amp; the condition on the islands are rainy, it can endanger the activity, no refund will be given.</li>

TERMS &amp; CONDITIONS BOOKING WITH JOM RONDA PULAU
JRP stand for JOM RONDA PULAU.
VACCINATION SOUP &amp; COVID-19 TEST
<ul>
<li>Adult participants are not required to complete 2 doses of vaccine + 14 days. Participants can skip the inspection at jetty even if the vaccination is not yet complete.</li>
<li>If on the departure date, participants need to be quarantined (because of positive / close contact). JRP will not return the participant's booking fee because&nbsp; JRP was paid the operating costs and taxes imposed by the local authorities.</li>
</ul>
POSTPONEMENT OR CHANGE OF DEPARTURE DATE BY PARTICIPANTS
<ul>
<li>The JRP party accepts postponement &amp; change of departure date from the participant. Participant needs to inform to JRP 7 days before the departure date of the original reservation. But it is subject to the date &amp; availability of existing seats for the new date that particapant want to reserved.</li>
</ul>
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS
<ul>
<li>There will be no refund of the booking fee by the JRP upon the cancellation of the package by the participant.</li>
<li>100% refund by JRP if cancellation is done by JRP. (Applies only to cancellations due to insufficient minimum number of participants on departure dates)</li>
</ul>
TEMPORARY CLOSURE INSTRUCTIONS / LOCKDOWN ( PKP )
JRP will not return the participant's reservation fee, but JRP will postponed and bring the payment to a future date to be notified later when the authority reopens the border.
