</ol>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Rates are applicable for service area between the selected airport/pick-up point to the selected drop-off point.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Different base price applicable for Night Rates from 22:30PM to 06:00AM (local MY time).</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Peak Rates are applicable for bookings made on the peak season dates. (Note: Peak seasons refer to periods falling on Malaysia gazetted public holidays and primary and secondary school holidays yearly.)</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">All amount payables shall be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM/MYR).</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">All service rate quoted is inclusive of parking fees, tolls, and fuel.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Service excludes Personal tips to Drivers (optional), Additional luggage charges, overtime.</li>

<li> Waiting Time</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Waiting time is complimentary for 90 minutes at airports only. Other pick-up points include complimentary waiting time of 30 minutes only.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Extra charge based on vehicle type may be applicable hourly after the complimentary waiting time expires. These charges will be effective immediately after the expiry of the free waiting time and are payable in Cash directly to our drivers, subject to driver's agreeing to your request.

<li> Booking Confirmation and Assigned Driver</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Guest shall receive Journify invoice via email once purchase is successful.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Guest shall also receive email confirmation from Tourplus with driver’s information (subject to driver availability and whether driver has accepted service assignment) and booking details (including requested pickup time/date and location) within 24-hours after successful purchase. Kindly check to ensure that all details are correct.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">The assigned driver will directly contact you via WhatsApp or mobile call at least 24-hours prior to your requested pick-up date/time.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Driver will be in contact with you again once he has arrived at your selected pick-up point. Kindly present at the location for your ride.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Minimum cut-off time for every booking is at least 6-hours before selected pick-up time and must be made on or before 21:00PM&nbsp;(local MY time).</li>
</ul>
<ol start="4" style="text-align: justify;">
<li> Passenger and Additional Luggage</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Each vehicle type has maximum numbers of passengers and luggage capacity, to maximize your comfort and for safety reasons. Tourplus and its drivers reserve the right not to carry the additional passengers or luggage had it exceeds the vehicle capacity limit.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Should clients arrive with an excessive amount of luggage or passengers for the vehicle booked, the client will be responsible for the cost of additional vehicles required.
<ul>
<li>Luggage Size: Standard 24-inch size</li>
<li>Infant (0 to 4 years old) and small toddlers are also counted as a passenger.</li>
<li>Wheelchairs or Baby strollers are considered as large luggage capacity of 29-inch, we recommend 7-seater MPV and above depending on the number of passengers for better experience</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Kindly note that an additional fee will apply in the event of any of the following situations:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">An extra charge of RM15 will be imposed per piece of luggage in case it exceeds the published luggage capacity (subject to driver agreeing to accept any additional luggage during service)</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">The extra charge must be paid in cash only directly to the driver before proceeding with the journey.</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<ol start="5" style="text-align: justify;">
<li> Amendments</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Any changes to pick-up time or requests shall be made directly to your driver or Tourplus Support at least 6-hours before departure time (subject to the availability of the driver to accept the changes).</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Any amendments made in less than 6-hours from departure time may lead to booking being cancelled and no refund will be given.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Amendments also applies to flight delays or flight time reschedule.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">In cases of guests do not advise any amendments i.e. the new arrival time or is unreachable via driver’s communication channel (phone or WhatsApp/WeChat), drivers will only wait until the free waiting time expires.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Upon expiry of free waiting time and guest is not present and not contactable, booking will be cancelled, and no refund will be given.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Any amendment is subject to the acceptance by the assigned driver.</li>
</ul>
<ol start="6" style="text-align: justify;">
<li> Cancellation and Refund</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Cancellation with full refund — need to be made at least 24 hours prior the pickup time.</li>
<li>For successful cancellations, refund will be processed, and amount shall be credited back to your chosen payment channel within 5-6 working days.</li>

General
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Guests/passengers shall acknowledge by their acceptance, that Tourplus and/or Journify, in making arrangements for transportation or any service in connection with the itineraries of individual passengers shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act of default by any other company or person providing services included in this transfer.</li>
<li>Tourplus and/or Journify accept no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restrains, acts of war and terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control.</li>
<li>Tourplus and/or Journify reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service and to decline to accept or retain any passenger at any time for any reason including, without limitation, insufficient number of participants.</li>
<li>Tourplus and/or Journify shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays caused by airline or ship operators, passengers missing flight/ship or flight/ship time changes.</li>

Tourplus Airport Transfer (7 seater and above)
