ABOUT THE TOUR:
Where do the tours start from?
Start and final destination is Pantai Cenang where all briefing and debriefing will be conducted.
What time do I have to be there? 
Plan to arrive 10 minutes before the start time. That means 8.50am for the morning tour and 1.50pm for the afternoon tour.
Can I go on the tour if I cannot swim?
Yes you can. Let your tour guide know that you cannot swim during the safety briefing before the tour.
What should I wear?
1. Wet clothing

What should I bring?
1. Enough drinking water
2. Cash money
3. A fun, adventurous attitude
Can I bring my own camera?
Yes. Our jet skis have a water resistant compartment. If your camera is not waterproof, wrap it in a plastic bag before placing it into the water resistant compartment.
What do you provide for the tour?

Is lunch provided?
With the exception of Tour 3, Lunch at Fishing Village, no. Our morning tours come back before lunch and our afternoon tours go out after lunch.
Are photos part of the package?
Photo services are provided absolutely on a complimentary basis and are subject to non-availability due to unforeseen circumstances such as faulty camera, memory card or corrupted files.<img alt="" src="https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/images/cleardot.gif">
How old does my child need to be to ride a jet ski by him/herself on the tour?
14 years old. However, some children mature faster than others and if the child can listen and follow the instructions of the Tour Leader, we can allow it.

TERMS &amp; CONDITIONS:

<li>All tours are not inclusive transfers.</li>
<li>Maximum pax combined weight is 180 kg per jetski.</li>
<li>Minimum child age to operate the Jetski is 16 years old. Otherwise as mentioned minimum age as per above schedule, child may be a passenger with accompanying adult operating the Jetski.</li>

<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Minimum child age to ride is 5 years old.</li>
<li>All guests are required to sign an indemnity form before the commencement of the tour.</li>
<li>All guests must be physically fit and to report to us of any medical condition, if any.</li>

RESERVATIONS PROCEDURE: Reservation will be automatic to Mega Water Sports Reservation System.
REDEMPTION : Please be at Mega Water Sports beach hut at Pantai Cenang (near Kalur/Thirstday Bar) 15 minutes before time for parture. Show your book voucher to our staff, and fill in the indemnity form. Now that you are ready, let's have the time of your life!

CANCELLATION OF TOUR BY TOUR OPERATOR: In the event of poor weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond Tour operator control, and when safe and smooth tour operation according to the itinerary specified has become impossible, the Tour Operator (Mega Water Sports), will then reschedule the tour or cancel the tour if the guest is unable to reschedule.
