× There will be NO REFUND in full or in part for services included in the packages that are not used at the start of the trip.
× Extension of stay needs to be pre-arranged and prepaid for at the time of booking before arrival.

All amendments must be notified to, received and acknowledged in writing by Cat City Holidays which reserves the right to impose an administrative fee of RM100.00, whichever is higher for any amendment made by clients to a confirmed tour programmed.
