Step 1: Download Pals for Life mobile app in Playstore, App Store, HuaWei App Gallery.
Step 2: Login/register to the Pals for Life mobile app
Step 3: Click ‘Loyalty’ at the bottom row of icons.
Step 4: Click ‘Add Card’ &amp; key in the 16 digit card number and activation code (card code) to activate the Pals Points into the member’s account.

How to Redeem

<li>Please provide a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS to receive the e-Gift card accordingly.</li>
<li>The e-Gift card will be emailed within 7 working days upon purchase.</li>
<li>User will receive a Sunway Pals e-Gift card with a set of 16 digit Pals card number and activation code (card code).</li>
<li>Users are advised to add e-Gift card into account through Pals for life mobile app within 14 days.</li>
<li>Users that has added the e-Gift card within 14 days will automatically be included as entries should there be any special rewards campaign launched.</li>
<li>Sunway Pals e-Gift card value is equivalent as cash value but strictly non-exchangeable for cash.</li>
<li>Sunway Pals e-gift card value is valid for 2 years from the date of issuance of e-Gift card. No refunds will be given for expired e-Gift card.</li>
