Kepler Club proudly announces its expanded services, now catering to travelers both Satelite and landside at Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Our sleeping cabin (Kep) areas are meticulously separated for men and women, with access to the seating area conveniently available from both sections. Located strategically, Kepler Club's airside locations are accessible exclusively to guests with international flights departing from KLIA T1.
For transfer passengers, it's important to ensure that leaving the transit area isn't necessary to retrieve luggage. Direct flight passengers are advised to confirm luggage check-in availability with their airline before their reservation time or opt for online check-in and travel with cabin-size luggage. Please note that pets are not allowed in the sleeping cabins.

How to Redeem

1. How do I check-in and check-out?
<ul>
<li>You can check-in and check-out using the self-service kiosks or through the 24-hour reception desk.</li>
</ul>
2. What happens if I do not check-out?
<ul>
<li>It is mandatory for guests to check-out before they leave Kepler. Guests who do not check-out before leaving our space will be charged for a full day’s price.</li>
</ul>
3. What happens if my check-out is later than my booking timeframe?
<ul>
<li>Our guests need to notify Kepler through their personal tablet computers or in-person, if they would like to leave after their booking time ends.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
4. How are the orders delivered inside Kepler?
<ul>
<li>You can do shopping at KeplerShop or at the Duty Free using the tablet computers located next to your bed! The orders are delivered to your cabin by a friendly robot named “Yohan”.</li>
</ul>
5. Is food served inside Kepler?
<ul>
<li>No food is served inside Kepler. However, guests can enjoy free tea and coffee service in our terrace seating salon area.</li>
</ul>
6. Can I bring my child who is below 7 years old?
<ul>
<li>Unfortunately, in order to provide comfortable resting conditions for all our guests, Kepler does not accept children below 7 years old into its sleeping cabin and salon areas.</li>

7. Which services are included in the price?
<ul>
<li>All sevices inside Kepler are included in the price. Only purchases made by the personal tablet computers that are delivered by a robot named "Yohan", laundry and printing services are subject to additional charge.</li>

8. Is there a common area where both men and women can use inside Kepler?
<ul>
<li>It's possible that both men and women to use the same area in our locations that have lounge and seating area. Our guests can use lounge and seating area to spend time together.</li>
</ul>
9. Do I need to have my QR code on me at all times?
<ul>
<li>Yes. The sleeping areas, locker rooms,bathrooms and showers are separated for men and women inside Kepler. Only the seating areas can be used by both genders, so in order to access gender separated areas, guests need to have their QR code with them.</li>
</ul>
10. How large are the sleeping units?
<ul>
<li>Each of the sleeping units, Keps, measures 3 meter square.</li>
</ul>
11. Can I use cash to pay for my booking?
<ul>
<li>Of course! We accept credit card and cash payments in USD, EUR, GBP, TRY, and MYR. However, please note that the exchange rates can vary between various currencies.</li>
</ul>
12. How can I store my luggage in safety?
<ul>
<li>Each guests have access to one locker in the locker room. In airside locations (after passport control), guests only have cabin size luggages. The lockers are enough to keep a few cabin size luggages. There is also an extra area in locker rooms to store bigger luggages.&nbsp;</li>

13. How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
<ul>
<li>You will receive a confirmation e-mail after your booking is completed.</li>
</ul>
14. How can I change or cancel my booking?
<ul>
<li>Guests need to contact us to change or cancel their reservations. In order to be able to cancel a reservation, there has to be at least 24 hours left until the reserved check-in time.</li>
