What do our babysitters do?

<li>They are not maids or helpers, and do not do housework, take care of pets or the elderly.</li>
<li>They travel to your preferred location for babysitting service. This can be at the your house, event or any other location specified by the client.</li>
<li>They accompany and keep the children safe while adhering to Kiddocare’s SOP.</li>
<li>They engage children with fun games and enrichment activities.</li>
<li>They bathe, feed, clothe and ensure the cleanliness of the child as needed (light cleaning).</li>
<li>They provide constant updates to you during service with monitoring from admins on duty.</li>
</ol>

How To Redeem

<li>You will receive an invoice from Journify to confirm your transaction after purchasing the voucher on their website.</li>
<li>Make sure to fill out the "additional comment" box at the bottom of the checkout page with your travel information, including your meeting location, meeting time and any special requirement.</li>
<li>Once we've received your order, our admin should get in touch with you.</li>

How to Redeem

Prices displayed are for one child. RM5 will be charged for the second and third child. While RM10 will apply for the fourth and subsequent child.
Scheduling 
<ol>
<li>A confirmed schedule for booking must be made for all days as per package during the initial booking.</li>
<li>Any change of time, or date, must be informed at least one week (7 days) before the scheduled booking.</li>
<li>You are responsible for making-sure that the scheduling of the dates and time slots booked are correct, unless the deficiency is from our end, we will not be responsible for any errors in the scheduling and resulting circumstances.</li>

FAQs

<li>During service booking, if the value of the service exceeds the value of the gift card, the difference thereof should be paid by the bearer</li>
<li>If the value of the service is less than the amount stated, then the difference thereof shall not be refunded to the bearer</li>
<li>Customers are responsible to keep their invoice secure.</li>
<li>Other surcharges will still apply if applicable.</li>
<li>This package cannot be used with other discounts, offers or packages.</li>
<li>Services to be rendered is subject to carer availability.</li>
<li>Sessions can be extended however extension charges of RM25 per hour will apply.</li>
<li>Upon cancellation of a booking made within 24 hours or more before service session, the unused session is returned to the claimable pool, the administrative and other charges are not refundable. Unused sessions cannot be refunded in cash, but can be redeemed in later bookings. Rescheduling fee of RM30 will be imposed when new booking is placed.</li>
<li>If cancellation is made at the last minute (less than 24 hours before service is due to start), the session will be considered forfeit, without any refund.</li>
<li>If an assigned carer withdraws from the service, Kiddocare will attempt to find a replacement. Client also has a choice of postponing the service to a later date, with rescheduling fee waived.&nbsp;</li>
<li>The session cannot be broken up into two or more sessions.</li>
<li>Other terms and conditions of service stated in our web, app or communications still apply.</li>
