<li>Kiddocarers are babysitters, they will ensure their level best to keep your child company and safe.</li>
<li>The Kiddocarer will come to your house, a day before the travelling date for 2 hours to help client pack children's luggage.</li>
<li>The carer will also help with the luggage if the parents are handling the children. However, she will handle her own luggage.</li>
<li>Kiddocarer will ensure they are fed, clothed, bathed and oversee their daily routine (as per your guidelines), toilet use, bedtime and playtime.</li>
<li>The Kiddocarer, may engage in activities such as reading, arts, and playing in ways that are safe, and time that is suitable to the child.The activities should only be held within same vicinity of parents/parent.</li>
<li>Kiddocarer do not do housework but can do laundry of the children’s clothes during the travelling days.</li>
<li>Kiddocarer do not cook or prepare meals (but will prepare milk, cereals, heat up prepared food).</li>
<li>They do not provide tuition or teaching, do not take care of pets, the elderly or infirm.</li>
<li>They also do not pick up or send off children.</li>
<li>Kiddocarer will prepare itinerary of the children’s indoors/outdoors activities, with parents permission, by realizing all possible risks during the outdoor activities.</li>
<li>Parents are allowed to add additional travel days that can be done via Kiddocare admin upon booking for carer travel dates.</li>

Client shall be responsible for the following expenses and preparations of:

How to Redeem

Cancellations
<ol>
<li>Any package cancellations must be made before payment and confirmation of carer.</li>
<li>Once bookings are processed, payment made and carer assigned, no refund will be provided.</li>
<li>Refund: When cancelling with less than 48 hours' notice, there will be no refund; when cancelling with more than 48 hours' notice, there will be a 70% refund; and when there is no carer, there will be a 100% refund.</li>
</ol>
Postponement 
<ol>
<li>Any postponement or change of date for a booked service must be made at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the booked service to qualify for account credit for future service.</li>
<li>Last minute changes (less than 14 days before booked date) will result in the booked service slot being forfeited, no refunds will be given.</li>
<li>You may reschedule the booking date with more than 14 days notice, subject to a rescheduling charge of RM50. However the duration of the days cannot be changed.</li>
<li>This is subject to carer's availability. Postponement may not be arranged with the carer assigned in the service.</li>
<li>All postponements must be arranged by contacting Kiddocare Support Team or in the Booking Group and is subject to considerations on the part of the management.</li>
</ol>
Extension Do inform us if you are in need of extension. We will issue you a payment link or the requested extension hour. Extension request should be made at least 1 hour before the job is over.

<li>Accommodation shall mean a private room suitable for co-sleeping with baby or child(ren).</li>
<li>As a traveller, it is important that the carer carries her own passport for identification by authorities anytime needed.</li>
<li>The carer needs to carry her own boarding pass.</li>
<li>Break time for meals and prayers must be allocated for the carer.</li>
<li>Carer can only plan outdoor activities within the same vicinity of parents.</li>
<li>Liability/Responsibility: Beyond the matching service, Kiddocare is not responsible for the quality of service by the carer. The carer is responsible for her service. The customer must do their level best to ensure safety of the carer travelling with them.</li>
<li>Other general terms and conditions of service, is as stipulated in the Kiddocare service terms available on the website.</li>
<li>Customer subscribing to the Kiddocare Travel Nanny package automatically acknowledges, agrees and accepts the Kiddocare Travel Nanny Package T&amp;C and the general Kiddocare Service Terms. Disputes over terms, once booking is made and package is paid for, will not be entertained. Kiddocare reserves the right to change any of the terms without notice.</li>
