<li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Penang Hill Funicular tram ticket is excluded. Tram tickets can be purchased Penang Hill Funicular Train Ticketing counter located at Lower Station.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Train's operating hours can range from 15 minutes to an hour depending on the crowd.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12px;">There are multiple water refill stations across the park. Guests are encouraged to bring their own bottles.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12px;">In rainy conditions, umbrellas will be provided to guests.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12px;">In adverse weather conditions, where safety is compromised, The Habitat Penang reserves the right to close the park without prior notice.</span></li>

What to Expect

<li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Guests are required to purchase a train ticket at the lower station. Upon reaching the train station uphill, there will be a 7-minute walk to reach The Habitat Penang ticketing office.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Guests must present either printed or mobile e-voucher to redeem entry tickets at the ticketing office.</span></li>
