<div style="text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;">Depending on the sea conditions all our boats including cruises are safe to bring along babies however, please bear in mind that our insurance coverage covers from 4 – 75 years old only therefore, younger and older than the required age are at own risks.</div>

<li style="text-align: justify;">Are Children Allowed? Children who are minimum the age of 8 years old and above are allowed for water sports activities. They must be accompanied by an adult.</li>

<li>Activities are subject to availability, weather and sea conditions.</li>
<li>Guests must be 7 years and above to participate in any watersport activities , zip line and aqua park.</li>
<li>Any child aged 7 years &amp; above participating in Jet ski, kayaking, parasailing, aqua park and banana boat must be accompanied by an adult. (A marshal can assist on request).</li>
<li>Strictly no outside food &amp; drinks permitted onto Paradise 101.</li>
<li>No outside Alcohol will be permitted onto Paradise 101. We have a NO Corkage policy.</li>
<li>Paradise 101 reserves the right to refuse any booking on medical grounds if the medical condition is considered to be detrimental to the safety and smooth running of the activity.</li>
<li>All guests must be physically fit and able. They must, at the time of booking, advise of any illness, disability or conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the activity.</li>
<li>All guests are required to sign an indemnity form prior to the activity.</li>
