How to Use

Once the reservation is successful, the platform will automatically send a reservation success email to the email address reserved by the reservation guest.
Please show the received information verification code or QR code, and go to the "dedicated redemption machine" installed next to the ticket gate of Kansai Airport Station to redeem the "Ride Order Coupon".


Please scan the QR code on the machine.
Please select the train to board. You can choose a departure time 5 minutes before departure.
Please collect the ticket issued by the exchange machine and enter through the ticket gate staffed by staff at the station.



If the redemption machine dedicated to the "HARUKA Special Edition One-Way Ticket" breaks down or cannot be used, please exchange it at the "green ticket vending machine" or "green window" with the passport logo at the station.
The redemption time is from 5:30 on the day of travel to 5 minutes before the last train of the limited express "HARUKA" departs.
If the dedicated carriage (car No. 4) of the train is expected to be crowded, you can use unreserved seats.
After the electronic ticket is exchanged for a "Ride Voucher", you will not be able to refund or change the date of use or bus frequency. If you need a refund, please contact the travel agency where you originally purchased the ticket before redeeming it.
If you lose your "ride ticket", it cannot be reissued. Please purchase a new ticket.
After exchanging the "Ride Ticket", if the train you plan to ride on is suspended before boarding, please use other "HARUKA" non-reserved seats or the Kanto Express train.
